Adithi Tallapaka
Classical Dance Teacher, Math Tutor
Adithi Tallapaka is a dedicated Indian classical dancer and cultural contributor with extensive experience in performance, choreography, and mentorship. She earned her diploma in Kuchipudi from the University of Silicon Andhra and has committed over 500 hours to the classical arts through organizations like Layavinyasa Dance Company and the Sat Sankalpa Foundation. Adithi has performed at over 20 events across multiple states and was honored for her artistic direction in a two-hour theatrical production. She was selected for the Southern New England Apprenticeship Program, and out of 180 artists, her mentor-apprentice duo was chosen to be featured in the Connecticut Museum of Culture and History’s upcoming exhibition, Then, Now, Next: 200 Years and Counting—on display from May 2025 through April 2026. Her work not only celebrates Indian heritage but also empowers young dancers through mentorship and performance leadership.
Outside of dance, Adithi is a driven and well-rounded student currently pursuing Data Science and Engineering at the University of Connecticut. She earned High Honors throughout high school and held several leadership positions, including President of the National Honors Society and Editor-in-Chief of her school’s Literary Magazine. She served as a student representative to the Board of Education, and was selected to serve as a judge for the Model UN Project 2301 Committee. Adithi is also a recipient of multiple scholarships and the Connecticut Association of Board of Education Leadership Award. Her academic excellence and service orientation earned her the prestigious Presidential Award. She is passionate about merging creativity, leadership, and technology to drive meaningful change.
